Merchant Success Specialist
Location: Swarthmore, PA; Wilmington, NC; Remote

Job Description:
We are hiring a self-motivated Merchant Success Specialist to join our sales organization. The successful candidate will work directly with our merchant sales & success teams to help facilitate the onboarding and relationship management for new merchants.
This is a building role that will require hands-on work to launch programs from the ground up. The ideal candidate will need to be able to track projects from start to finish, prioritize competing initiatives, and juggle multiple work streams in any given week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and review documentation to support the merchant due diligence and onboarding process.
- Train merchants how to use the MerchantLinQ system.
- Assist merchants with uploading documentation to MerchantLinQ, if needed.
- Support the enablement team with ad hoc projects that allow the sales team to be more agile in their daily role.
- Partner with Merchant Success to ensure that merchants are utilizing MerchantLinQ effectively and call out when merchants have changed their behavior within the system.
- Monitor, manage, and foster merchant relationships.
Skills and competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to wear multiple hats and play a flexible role.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and help desk support software is preferred.
- Financial services experience, preferably in lending or with a fintech provider.
- Experience in a client facing or financial sales services role strongly preferred.
