Charles Edington has been an active member of the home improvement and mortgage lending community for over 20 years. He specializes in lending for Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) construction, remodels, and home improvement. Charles gained his ADU Specialist designation in 2022 from the ADU Academy and is now an instructor for the Academy. He is a member of the Tiny Homes Industry Association and is the Financial Expert for the How to ADU community.
Charles prides himself on his ability to provide financing solutions unique to the individual or family who has a goal to build an ADU. There is no one-size-fits-all solution.
